Digital products (including printable PDFs) are delivered instantly after purchase. You’ll receive a download link immediately via email and/or on your order confirmation page—no waiting, no shipping required.
Physical products (such as candles and other made-to-order items) are produced and shipped through our trusted production partners. Because each item is created just for you, please allow:

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

For physical products, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind.
